New beginners class on August 25th
Nippon Kan Wisconsin will be starting a new beginners class on August 25th. This class aims toward the basic techniques of Aikido from a self-defense standpoint as well as the non-violence philosophy of Aikido.
If you want to join our beginners class, please send an email to Carlos Frick with your contact information and questions.
Current College students will enjoy a reduced rate.
5th Kyu Promotion
Charles Deiro Sensei leaded practice, along with his son Edward Deiro,
on May 5th as a preparation for Rachel Barnes promotion to 5th
Kyu (Yellow Belt)
on May 5th.
Rachel started her Aikido practice with Nippon Kan Wisconsin after seeing a demo
held by Nippon Kan students
at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee Campus.
Congratulations Rachel for your accomplishment!
New Beginners Class
Aikido Nippon Kan started a new 6 weeks beginners class on 3/24/2008.
We encourage all those interested in starting Aikido to join us on March
24 for our introductory class.
If you are a current College student a reduced College
Fee applies.

Lighted House Program in Racine Unified School District
Charles Deiro Sensei participates in the Racine School District teaching
Aikido to Elementary and Middle School students along with no-violence
philosophy.
Aikido provides an excellent workout and practical self defense and conflict
solving resources to the participating students.

Kagami Biraki 2008
Hi everyone,
we had to cancel our End of the Year Keiko, but still want to celebrate the new
year with you.
Please join us in our Kagami Biraki Keiko and Celebration on January 4th.
